- Yes, always free. Grant comes to the property, looks at the tree in person, and talks it through with you. Most of the time you'll have a price before he leaves.
- What areas do you serve?
- We're based in Windham and cover Portage County and the surrounding areas, including Kent, Ravenna, Streetsboro, Aurora, Mantua, Garrettsville, and Newton Falls. Grant travels up to about an hour in any direction, so if you're outside the county it's still worth a call.
- How do estimates work?
- Grant comes out, looks at the tree, checks the access and where limbs can safely come down, and gives you a clear number — usually right there. If something needs checking before he can quote it honestly, he'll tell you that rather than guess. No pressure to decide on the spot.
- How soon can you come out?
- Call and ask — it depends on the week and on what else is scheduled. Emergency and storm work gets priority and is handled around the clock. For regular trimming and removals, Grant will give you a realistic timeframe instead of an optimistic one.
